Are you passionate about working with patients and carers to make sure their voice is heard in service design?
This is an exciting opportunity to join St Catherine’s Hospice in a newly created role to develop a pan-organisation approach to using feedback to shape service design and to ensure our services continuously improve to meet the needs of our service users and patients.
This new role involves developing and implementing a programme of tools, systems and processes for obtaining user feedback.
If you have extensive experience of developing, delivering and evaluating service user involvement and feedback activity and want to join us at a time of exciting change, we would love to hear from you.
