Salary Range: £31,072 – £40,964 per annum

St Gemma’s Hospice is seeking an experienced Social Work Manager to lead our social work, bereavement and young people’s bereavement services. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual who is able to work on their own initiative in a proactive and flexible manner.
You will have:
- Current Social Work registration with the HCPC. A recognised Diploma in Counselling and BACP Accreditation is advantageous but not essential
- Significant experience in leadership and operational management
- In depth knowledge of Mental Capacity Act, Safeguarding and Human Rights legislation
