Care Synergy, based in Denver, Colorado, announced it will welcome Evan Hyatt as the newest addition to their staff in the role of Director of Marketing and Communications for the organization and its five Affiliate companies.
Mr. Hyatt joins Care Synergy with more than 15 years’ experience in Marketing and Communications, most recently as the Director of Marketing and Development for Pathways Hospice. In addition, Hyatt has extensive experience in healthcare operations in northern Colorado and the along the Front Range.

Care Synergy is non-profit, supporting organization for an affiliation of hospice, palliative and home health care providers including The Denver Hospice, Halcyon Hospice and Palliative Care, Pathways, Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care and, most recently, Colorado Visiting Nurses Association.
The organization provides services along the Front Range of Colorado, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and their surrounding communities. Care Synergy affiliate serve more than 1,200 hospice patients and their families on a daily basis, as well as more than 1,000 home-based, palliative care clients daily.
In the role of Director of Marketing and Communications, Hyatt will be working collaboratively with the Affiliate companies within Care Synergy to develop and implement effective outreach and communication strategies in order to grow the impact of the services provided by the group of hospice, palliative and home health care providers.
