In the hospice environment, where the work itself is very emotionally charged, it is vital that managers are competent in understanding, identifying, and addressing workplace negativity. How do MDP courses work?
MDP online modules are instructor-facilitated and conducted online over a period of four weeks. During this time you will read online articles, complete assignments, and take part in ongoing online discussions. You can expect to spend 2 – 4 hours per week in these activities.

Courses that are part of the MDP can be taken as part of the structured program or independently.

What previous MDP participants have said about the program:

“The course not only allowed me to assess and look at the employees I have, but it makes me look at myself and my leadership style. I feel empowered me to make some changes in order to become more effective as a manager.”

“As a new manager, after this program I feel more confident. Thank you!”
