Join National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization for a Webinar on November 27, Engage Staff with Quality Data, offered 2:00 – 3:00pm ET.
One of the most significant challenges for quality professionals in hospice is engaging field staff with quality data. This Webinar will examine the types of data available to staff and how to translate it into something that is meaningful and connects with what staff does every day. In addition, faculty will discuss why data is so important from a compliance perspective and why it is crucial for all staff to have a big picture understanding of its value in order to provide the highest possible quality of care for patients and families.
Faculty are: Ann Marie Ackerman, RN, BSN, MBA, Vice President of Patient Care at Hospice and Community Care in Lancaster, Pennslyvania; and Sarah McSpadden, RN, MSN, MHA, CHC, Chief Operating Officer at The Elizabeth Hospice in Escondido, California.
