In addition, faculty will discuss why data is so important from a compliance perspective and why it is crucial for all staff to have a big picture understanding of its value in order to provide the highest possible quality of care for patients and families.

Faculty are: Ann Marie Ackerman, RN, BSN, MBA, Vice President of Patient Care at Hospice and Community Care in Lancaster, Pennslyvania; and Sarah McSpadden, RN, MSN, MHA, CHC, Chief Operating Officer at The Elizabeth Hospice in Escondido, California.
