Are you committed to expanding care in diverse settings to diverse populations? How about improving the function and practice of interdisciplinary teams? Or enhancing the quality of evidence-based, ethical, effective and efficient care at the end of life? If you are, the education team at the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization hopes you will consider submitting a concurrent session proposal for the 16th Annual Clinical Team Conference and Pediatric Intensive to be held October 15 – 17, 2015 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas (just outside of Dallas).
NHPCO’s 16th Clinical Team Conference and Pediatric Intensive (CTC) will gather innovators, visionaries, dedicated practitioners and all committed to the continued development and expansion of hospice and palliative care. The field demands “plans big enough to meet a situation which we can’t possibly foresee now;” thus the conference will focus on “expanding the mission” to ensure that the right care is provided at the right time to all eligible and appropriate patients and families.
The CTC Call for Proposals is open and available to receive your great ideas for education sessions; the deadline for submitting session proposals is February 17, 2015.
