Quality Improvement Skills are focus of free Project ECHO January Session

Despite their importance and the ubiquitous nature of their use, practical quality improvement skills are not often taught during formal training, and a challenge to obtain while on the job.

For the first Project ECHO call of 2022 (January 26, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET), NHPCO welcomes Arif Kamal of Duke University and Jon Nicolla of Prepped Health to discuss BiteSizeQI. BiteSizeQI is an app-based curriculum to provide both practical and concise education alongside project management help to busy professionals.

National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization hosts free, monthly Project ECHO sessions that share case studies to help providers in the field focus on quality improvement and learn about interventions from other providers that help with the work hospice and community-based palliative care providers offer.
