What you will gain:

What you need to do:
Agree to a total time commitment of approximately 2-hours to complete our surveys over a period of three months. Each survey should take 20 minutes to complete and can be assigned to different members of the organization.
Joining NHPCO as co-sponsors of the study include National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC), NAHC Forum of State Associations, LeadingAge, Home Care Association of America (HCAOA), and Council of State Home Care and Hospice Associations. The national research project is being conducted by BerryDunn with data and technology sponsors HealthPivots and Delta Health Technologies.
