Virtual Career Fair: September 21

While the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization has long maintained a robust Career Center website, this will be NHPCO’s first Virtual Career Fair, exclusively for those looking to work in the hospice and palliative care field.

NHPCO’s Virtual Career Fair is a win-win for job seekers. It is a way for individuals to meet potential employers from wherever they are. And it’s easy to participate online from a computer or mobile device.

Job seekers are encouraged to register as soon as possible to prepare for the event on September 21. Here are a few tips to help prepare for the Career Fair:

1. Complete your registration as soon as possible.
2. Get to know your way around the platform and test out the functionality of the Career Fair site.
3. Proofread your profile and make sure to run spell check! 
4. Test out different areas of your home, office or other area you plan to set up for the Virtual Career Fair and make sure it is free of clutter and distractions. 
5. And don’t forget to keep your calendar handy in case a recruiter wants to schedule more time with you outside of the event!
