From the Academy Award winning duo of Dan Lindsay and TJ Martin, and producers Casey Affleck and Joaquin Phoenix comes an amazing end-of-life documentary, “I Am Dying,” June 13th at 10pm/9pm central on National Geographic Channel (NGC), featuring Renee Heidtman. Renee, a young, enthusiastic yoga instructor was diagnosed with breast cancer in her late 20’s, and sadly passed at the age of 32 in her home. The documentary follows Renee’s battle through video diaries, going through her different treatment methods and her experience with hospice palliative care. This documentary brings its viewer through an emotional journey, one that is both personal and educational.
