A Thousand Cranes – Open call for submissions to poetry anthology

The Asia Pacific Hospice Palliative Care Network (APHN) has teamed up with Sing Lit Station LTD (SLS) to publish an anthology of poetry with the aim of increasing awareness of the concept of hospice and palliative care, and to facilitate thoughtful discourse surrounding this topic.

About the anthology
Coping with death is not a topic that’s often discussed, and yet it’s an inevitable reality of every human life. Hearing from others who have been through the same experience can be a source of strength and comfort.

Anyone from the Asia Pacific region who would like to share their experience with hospice and palliative care are welcome to submit poetry for inclusion in this anthology.

Selected contributors will be invited to attend the Asia Pacific Hospice Conference 2021 in Kobe, Japan to share their story and read their poems (travel and accommodation will be provided)!
