The review, led by Times journalist Camilla Cavendish and announced last month, will consider what can be done to ensure that all people using services are treated with care and compassion by healthcare and care assistants in NHS and social care settings.
It will make recommendations by the end of May about:
- recruitment
- training and development
- leadership, management and supervision
- engagement and support
- public confidence and assurance.
