Our Deputy Team Leader position has become available in the Woodgrange Centre which is where the day services for St Luke’s Hospice are based.

Working together the Woodgrange Centre offers individuals with a life limiting illness the opportunity to access clinical interventions and psychological, emotional and social support either on a one to one basis or by engaging in group activities which encourages peer support. The services offered by the Woodgrange Centre can be accessed on an out-patient appointment basis from Monday to Friday or during a full day attendance on a Wednesday or a Friday. This is an exciting time to join for St Luke’s Hospice as we work to expand our day services to ensure we offer the residents of Harrow and North Brent a broad range of activities and clinical care.

Do you want to be part of this dynamic team? Do you want to work with the multiprofessional team and our service users to identify what is needed? And do you have the skills to help us design and implement care that will meet these needs?

You will be joining a team of experienced professionals with enhanced skills and knowledge in palliative and end of life care. You will hold a professional registration as a nurse or in another allied health or social care profession. Previous experience of working directly with service users, patients and families is essential.
