Are you passionate about supporting people who access palliative care services?
Do you have experience and an understanding of working with adults or children in either a social or health care setting?
If so, you could be the person we are looking for to join our organisation at this exciting time for the Hospice, as we embark on our new journey.
You will be responsible for an allocated caseload, attending multi-disciplinary meetings, the delivery of educational sessions and the provision of group sessions.
Effective communication, organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly, using own initiative and as part of team along with a degree in social work or equivalent and registration with relevant body are essential requirements.
