The Head of Trading is a key senior management position in the Hospice with responsibility for generation of funds from the retail and trading business. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and demonstrably effective, visible leader driven by the opportunity to increase the operation’s competitive performance and the development of profitable opportunities both within the existing retail business and from new trading opportunities. The job holder will work with other members of the senior management team and wider hospice management to ensure that Trading is fully supported in the delivery of its agreed strategic objectives.
