Are you looking for a new challenge? We are an independent hospice with a dedicated multi-professional team working alongside trained volunteers who are committed to caring for patients and families from our local community.

This post within the Family Support Service will ensure the psychological and emotional needs of palliative care patients and their families are met.

You will be an experienced Counsellor or Health Care professional with a counselling diploma and have on-going Registration with an appropriate professional body. You will be ready for the challenge and rewards of developing and co-ordinating the pre bereavement service at the Hospice.
