The Saint Francis Hospice 7th Annual Conference – Reaching the Hard to Reach

Our conference this year will focus on those hard to reach groups such as people from travelling communities, asylum seekers, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender groups, and Black Minority Ethnic (BME) Groups and others. We will explore inequality, and disadvantages of hard to reach groups and share good practice in how to access good end of life care for all. We are delighted to welcome both local and national speakers to this event, to join us in what will be an interesting and fruitful discussion.
