The Fellowship consists of three short term awards valued up to at €4000 each (£3,150) and are open to individuals or teams (of up to three members) from clinical, education or community backgrounds in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The closing date for applications is 1pm Friday 14 November.

The Fellowships are focused on exploring innovative online delivery of palliative care education. AIIHPC Head of Education Dr. Michael Connolly said: “Submissions may include online portals and websites, virtual learning environments or the production of videos and/or animation.

“The target audiences for the palliative care education should be: health and social care professionals, researchers, people with palliative care needs, carers and/or the general public. Potential sites for visits should include centres of recognised good practice in the design, development and production of innovative palliative care education.”
