There is still time to register for the September 29, 2021, Project ECHO learning session hosted by NHPCO.
This month’s Project ECHO case involves a patient who has a cancer diagnosis and is obese, bed bound, and dependent for all ADLs. The patient also has a history of substance use/addiction, estrangement from his ex-spouse, and minimal engagement with two young adult daughters. He has rapid disease progression, seizures, difficult symptoms to manage, aggression, and worsening behaviors, limited social/emotional support and/or resources for patient/caregiver, and there is significant caregiver burnout.
The case study will be presented by Partners in Home Care, Inc. and includes content experts who will offer observations and thoughts for providers.
Join NHPCO for this session on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET to hear about this complex case study.
