International Association for the Study of Pain – Early Career Research Grants

Multiple grants of up to US$20,000 each will be awarded to support researchers who are starting his/her independent career.

At the time of application applicants must be:

  • an IASP member
  • within six years of having received their final degree, or completing professional and specialty training.

Also, applicants should not have already received a grant that provides support equal to or greater than the IASP Early Career Research grant.

Applications must be submitted by 20 January 2014. Further details are available on the IASP website.

The International Association for the Study of Pain, founded in 1973, is a professional forum for science, practice and education in the field of pain and has more than 7,900 members in 133 countries. Membership is open to all professionals involved in research, diagnosis or treatment of pain.
