In this new role you will lead on generating income for Richard House from organisations and individuals. This includes corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, direct marketing, regular donors, major donors and a legacy programme.
You will support the Director of Income Generation in developing a strong and sustainable income strategy to raise £2m of voluntary income per year with the potential to increase this year-on-year. You will manage, motivate and lead a team of fundraisers to deliver agreed targets.
With proven experience in raising significant funds within in a charitable organisation you will personally secure a number of corporate and major gifts worth in excess of £10,000 and establish individual donor engagement and stewardship cultivation programmes.
This role will suit a highly motivated and pro-active individual with extensive fundraising and management experience.
This is an exciting time to join Richard House as we work towards our new strategic direction, developing our model of care to extend our reach to more children, young people and their families along with our current refurbishment of our building.
