Based in the Finchley Community Team
Grade: Senior SW NJC Scales 41-44 – £36,669 – £39,351 (pro rata)
As we continue to develop our integrated cross site service in Finchley and Enfield we are looking to fill a key post.
The Team is part of Supportive Care services, which also include volunteering and spiritual care. The Loss & Transition Specialist will oversee volunteers pre and post bereavement to ensure sustained support, alongside a Specialist Response Social Worker addressing the most complex need.
You will have a recognised health or social care qualification, experience of training adults, supervision and coordination, and working closely with volunteers offering emotional support.
