PACED – The Foundation for Palliative Care Education – launched The Professional Mobility Grant Programme for specialists from Central Asia, the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, and the Baltic countries.
Grant offers substantial support, covering travel, event registration, accommodation, and other related costs for an event of the specialist’s choice — either offline or online, within home countries or abroad.

‘Last year, we received more than 30 applications from 8 countries in the regions of PACED presence. Following the request of our community, we are once again offering support to palliative care specialists, fostering knowledge exchange, cross-boarding learning, and
strengthening the international network of palliative care leaders’ said Roman Sklotskiy, Managing Director of PACED.
Last year’s winner of the PACED grant programme was Yulia Streletskaya from Almaty, Kazakhstan. Yulia is an anesthesiologist-resuscitator and Head of the Centre for Respiratory Support, Palliative Care, and Rehabilitation at the Public Foundation Omirge Sen. She
attended the 6th Maruzza International Congress on Paediatric Palliative Care in Italy.
